About the Role
We are seeking part-time and full-time Care Assistants to deliver exceptional domiciliary care services. Shifts are available across mornings, days, evenings, and nights, with every other weekend off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your daily tasks may include:
· Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence support.
· Medication management and administration.
· Preparing meals and supporting dietary needs.
· Conducting light domestic tasks and errands.

About the Role
As a Live-In Care Assistant, you’ll live in your client’s home, providing personalized, round-the-clock support. Placements vary in duration but require a minimum of two weeks’ commitment. This role offers flexibility—work as much or as little as you like, with the freedom to choose your schedule.
Responsibilities
Your role will include:
· Companionship: Offering emotional support, communication, and engagement.
· Personal Care: Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
· Meal Preparation: Supporting healthy meal and beverage preparation.
· Domestic Support: Performing light housekeeping tasks.
· Mobility Assistance: Encouraging and enabling independent living.
· Social Activities: Accompanying clients on outings, social engagements, and community activities.

Care Manager
(Progression to Registered Manager)
Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
To lead, manage, and develop high-quality supported living and domiciliary care services in line with CQC regulations and best practices. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring person-centred care, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards, with a clear pathway to become the Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strong leadership and management to the care team, ensuring excellent standards of care and support for all service users.
· Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and all relevant legislation.
· Develop and maintain effective care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
· Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Promote and safeguard the welfare of all service users, ensuring their dignity, rights, and choices are respected.
· Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure financial sustainability.
· Build positive relationships with service users, families, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
· Lead quality assurance processes, including audits, inspections, and action planning.
· Support the Responsible Individual with regulatory requirements for registration with the CQC.
· Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to achieve Registered Manager status within agreed timescales.
· Develop new business opportunities in line with the organisation’s growth strategy.
